Your UNiDAYS account is already associated with another Spotify account.

I'm not able to redeem my discount for Spotify Premium, since the Unidays account is associated with another Spotify account. I don't have another Spotify account. I've submitted a support ticket, but no one has replied. Here is a print screen view -

Strange! 

 

When you got in touch, you should have received an automated email reply to confirm your case was submitted. Can you reply directly to that email? That will bump your case over to an advisor who can check this out for you.

When you got in touch, you should have received an automated email reply to confirm your case was submitted. Can you reply directly to that email? That will bump your case over to an advisor who can check this out for you.

Ah, I realise I've submitted the support ticket to the Unidays website not the Spotify website. Thanks buddy, I'll get on that now.

@Hibbo - Get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi, please can you help?

 

I am a university student and have registered with Unidays for £4.99 premium subscription...
Somehow I have managed to link my student credentials to the spotify account I no longer use, and have subsequently recently deleted.
How do I change over my student credentials on Unidays to link with my account im using - "Pancakeface1"   ???

Any help would be great

Hi,

 

I have this ame issue and I am currently paying for full price premium and student dixcount premium too.

I have contacted the support twice now with not even an automated reply. To be honest Im surprised it's been so difficult to sort out.

 

Are there any other options to try and get this sorted promptly?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
