Your country does not match the one set in your profile

Your country does not match the one set in your profile

I logged out of spotify just now to log back in to check my password as I wanted to sign in on a new phone.

 

I am now receiving the message "Your country does not match the one set in your profile..."

 

I am in the UK, my IP is showing as in the UK, I do not use any proxys or vpn.

 

My spotify account is set to UK region.

 

Not sure why this has happened or how to fix.

If you have already checked your country setting in your profile page, and made sure your IP address shows the country you're currently at, you should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
