I've recently tried to extend my spotify premium for another year using the unidyas 50% discount code. However, it is saying that 'Your student credentials are already associated with another Spotify account'. Is this because when I signed up last year, I used a NUS card and this year I want to extend it with unidays through my uni.

Im really confused why I can't upgrade as I only have 1 spotify account and use it so much, id be lost without it but i cant afford £9.99 on a student budget !!!

Hello, I am faicng the same issue. I have two spotify accounts but both are still showing free subscrition. When I log in using my student account kutkut.sharma it says "Your student credentials are already associated with another Spotify account".

The other account is through facebook ,username- Radhika, email <removed>. The problem is, I cannot access the email, but I have been charged for student premium service, that I am not getting !
