Your subscription payment failed

Your subscription payment failed

These last months i have reseved a mail that i need to update my payment details. It says in my details which card that is registered, and it is the right one. And when i update, it is to the same card that is registered. So I am not sure if it is a bug in my system or what. But i hope that you have a solution to my problem.

Hey there @iselinn08, welcome to the community!

 

That's odd. Are you trying to switch the payment method but it updates to the old one? Have you tried deleting the cookies/cache memory in your browser and trying again? If that doesn't work, try in an incognito window in your browser or a different browser altogether.

Hi Kate, 

No, not to the old one, to the same, thats whats odd. My registered card is the same as the one I use. But i updated the info yesterday, if it is the same the next month I will try your sugesstion. Thank you for the help.
