a way to completely reset spotify like new?

 I'm trying to find out if there is a way to completely format my account w/o having to make and pay for a completely new account. One of my gf's kids started making playlists, starring tracks and thumbing up music on my account and now no matter what radio I listen to if not my own account this awful music always pops up and rarely anything I like pops up even though I continually thumbs down half the stuff that pops up.

Ouch! Your best bet is to submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify can look into it for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
