My Question or Issue
We have a Family Premium Plan. We can´t access my daughter´s account for an online session. I can see my daughter in the family plan, but when she tries login into an online session (w/o local installation) she can´t log in. She has lost her password, but the only email she has is not recognized by the system. Is there a way she can get online access to spotify? (Would it work if I deleted her account from and give her a new one?)
Yes, there is a way to access her account. If you log in and click 'forgot password' it will send a message to your email. From there you can set a new password and get back to your Spotify account. Hope this helps!
