access deniied even during"FREE TRIAL PERIOD"!!!

Logged on for free trial of 30 daysbut before I use the free trial I had to put my credit card number in and it would be charged at the end of theFREE use..it let me log inx2 

 like I said it wouldnt let me on , it would say invalid usdr name..invalid password if I could even get that far before thdy wanted me to put in my number again. Now they say my free tdial has expired n its only 2 wesks....what the hdll..give me a phone number..if this matter is not addressed in a timely manner I will be contacting the better business beural

Hey there, your account connected to your Community profile has the username jessiebaldwin.jb. There's no subscription on that account and there's no history of there ever being one.

If you find the receipt you would've received when you first signed up, there should be a Username written on that. If it's a series of numbers, it's your Facebook login details you'll need to use to log into your account.

neither spotify nor sonos is letting me use their sites. I keep getting the same message - you have to upgrade. I did weeks ago. All I get is a message saying that I will be paying for another month on Oct. 10.
