Hi @samphippen thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!
If it's the last thing you've done on Spotify you can use the keyboard commands CMD/CNTR+Z (Undo). However if it wasn't the most recent thing there's no easy way to get them back the only option would be to contact Spotify Care through this contact form, facebook or twitter and they'll be able to find them.
