My Question or Issue
hi, i accidentally reversed a payment for spotify and received the e-mail that my account is disabled. i would like to have my account restored, but it's impossible to log in with my old account (i get the message "an error occured" while trying to log in). i browsed through older community posts and every time people link to a "contact form" (https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-anonymous/) and when i click on it, it's just a basic category-click-through thing and a contact form to fill in is nowhere to be found. i already contacted SpotifyCares through twitter and facebook, but i'd like to fill in a contact form as well.
community posts saying that you need to contact the payments team etc yeah i understand, but make it possible for me to contact them then. thanks.
