my payment plan was cancelled by the credit card company for some reason and now my account is disabled. is there any way i can get it back or at least have my saved songs transfered to this account?

No worries, we'd recommend checking this Spotify Answer for more info regarding your next steps when your account has been disabled.

 

On another note, you can follow the steps in this Spotify Answer to have your playlists and Saved music over to your new account.

i have filed the report twice now and was contacted a day ago but since then have not  received a response. to save all my songs to a public playlist and transfer them to thids account requires me to be able to acess that account in the first place. so im still at square one.
