Hi, my account is due to expire, but my bundle with my network provider still has another 6 months to run (who pay for the service) Ive contacted them and everything is fine at their end. I need to find out if this is just a mistake in subscription settings? 


Im going abroad and it expires whilst im away, will I no longer be able to listen to my offline playlists even if my devices will be in airplane mode pretty much all the time im away? i.e. how can my offline stuff be remotely stopped? Or am I good?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
