For some reason Spotify required me to log in again to both my desktop and mobile app accounts today, they were always "saved" and upon logging in my account looks completely different. I don't recall ever having another account beyond the one I set up on dec Dec 2017. This new profile of mine has 3 playlists with music I have never listened too or created. I was able to recover some of my playlists but not all of them. which makes absolutely no sense at all. wth this is just bizarre and I need this fixed asap.

In this cae I would advise you to contact Spotify via emailFacebook or Twitter. They will take a look at your account backstage to help you.
