My Question or Issue

 My premium account has been hacked by different users 3 days in a row. The first time this happened, I followed the spotify instructions, logged out of all devices, changed all my passwords associated with spotify and called spotify. They acknowledged this has been an occuring matter and advised the above which was done. There seems to be an ongoing breech as the next 2 days this happened again. Needless to say I have cancelled my premium account as spotify and their staff does not instill any confidence in the safe keeping of my information. What I want to know is whether they will address this breech as it seems these hacks have been ongoing since 2012.
