Dear community members,

we use spotify premium for all 5 family members. The "main" account is the one of my wife. A few days ago suddenly we all were downgraded to "free". My wife cannot login into her account any longer to check what is wrong. Even password reset does not work, it says "there is no account linked to this email adress" - but it is certainly the correct one (i maintain a list of all 5 accounts we are using).

What can I do? Is there a way to open a suppor ticket or get in touch with someone from spotify?
