I wanted to know I did a plan but I wanted to change my account thought I login to the right one which is bmwjs found out I didn't but just payed 15 for family plan

Well I had an account that got hacked by my ex so I posted for premium on an account I created for to bring hacked by at the same time they took out the money with the recurring payment from my original account. I want the month I posted for but never used transferred to my account that I hate now how can i do that
