How exactly did you disconnect from Facebook?

I disabled the application from facebook for privacy. When I rerun the log makes me log in as a new user with another id number and then I consider user free,not premium  (and i lost all playlist)

My old premium id is 1167097208
my new id free 11142232430

If you had of had a Spotify username style account we might have been able to guide you how to get back into it here on the community.
