account stolen

Hi, somebody stole my spotify account. I have a premium account whith my family and today I enter to my moms account and there was my name but with a diferent e-mail.

I have this premium account since april, but 10 days ago I couldn´t enter to my account because of this freak who stole it!!!!! The mail of this person is givexanto@gmail.com

What should I do now? I´ve fixed the problem but I want to do something with the guy.
