My Question or Issue

i recently got ahold of tech support because i was loosing artists tbat i kept following. She told me to create a new profile and i would be able to transfer all of my information over. How am i suppose to have all my data switched over when i log in to my old one and its all gone? Id really like to have all of my music, followers, and playlists back.

Hey @mandamarie2389, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

When you created the new account, did you also close the old account? If not, are you able to view your playlists and saved content on a different device, or using the Web Player on a computer?
