Hi, spotify! My sister forgot her password (her account name is gj4hwkuletxueivqr29yjwl5u) and she can’t reach her account. when she click i forgot my password she can’t take any mail.

Has she used Facebook to log into Spotify? And when she tries to log in, does she get a specific error code?

Just to confirm, was your sister's account created using Facebook? If so, all she needs to access it is click the CONTINUE WITH FACEBOOK button instead and enter her Facebook log in details.
