According to my Account Settings:
"Your Spotify Premium subscription will be automatically renewed on 2015-02-21. From this moment you pay € 9.99 if you did not cancel the subscription before."

According Klarna:
Thank you have chosen for your order with Spotify Ltd. on 01/21/2015 Klarna invoice as payment method. Note that you receive the invoice by e-mail, and payment must be received by us until 04/02/2015. "

Question: Do I have one month free subscription or not? Do I need to pay after 21.2. or before 4.2.?

I'm not sure about this one, I would recommend to contact Klarna. They can give you the exact answer. 

As far as I see by reading your post is that you will have Spotify Premium until 2015-02-21.

Hi!

 

I had an answer from spotify, teling me that Klarna is right. I had a free month some time ago, so I have to pay now. I am not upset about having to pay, it is a fair prize for it, but I wish my accountinformation would have been clear about it. 90% of the questions in this forum seems to be about "have I to pay or is it free?". Spotify would help themselves and their customers a lot by beeing more clear about that.
