activation code is not working

I bougth a card but when i put in de code spotify its saying the code is incorect

First thing to do is have a read at the eCard/Gift Card FAQs here.

If that doesn't help or answer your question, then I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form including your code and they will be able to investigate this for you.
