add people to family account

i want to add my children to my aaacount but i only have two available in a family accnout, which should be 4

To add more members to you're Family plan, you should cancel your existing plan and sign up again for a different one. You don't need to wait for your current subscription to run out. Then just re-invite anyone you want to add.

Because just giving people the option to add on at any time and charge the extra would be so much of a ball ache.
