ads in french

hi, i’ve been getting ads in french for some reason. i live in canada but no where near any french regions. i have my app language set to english, so i have no idea why else i could be getting french ads.

• Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
• Do you also see other things in French such as email from Spotify or other notifications?
• When did this start happening? Did it work before?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour
