adverts play even though i have payed for unlimited!! :(

sometimes they dont play, usually when i use my laptop, but when on ipad, or iphone and soemtimes also on my laptop the adverts are playing and i just checked my bank acocunt and the 4.99 is still coming out each month for my subscription 😞 please help i hate the adverts!!!!

Unlimited only gives you ad-free listening on a desktop following the launch of the new free spotify. Mobile devices get free spotify which includes ads and shuffle-only play.
