after 2 music, spotify this block

Hello everyone

After a default of payment, because of my credit card details Visa reached the end of that validity, my Spotify account is blocked, I handed the new issue of my new Visa card, and despite this, I can only play 2 music before that it stops.

I am also disappointed not to have contact by email or form to solve this problem,
I am a loyal customer, I pay every month this service, and when I have a problem, I have nobody to help me

This is not normal !!
