Does anybody else has this problem ?

After the month is over you normally get another 10 hours but I only got 1 hour.

How do you fix this?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

That information is not strictly accurate. 

On Spotify free, you get 2.5 hours of play time added each week, not at the end of the month. This is why you are seeing a much smaller number available.
