all of my artists and playlists disappeared after latest upgrade

I've been a premium customer for a couple of years now and tonight I got a popup message that the terms and conditions were being updated.  Then I clicked ok and then Spotify prompted me for payment even though I was previously on autopay.  I entered my CC info and now all of a sudden spotify looks like its newly installed and all of my saved artist info and playlists are gone.  The android app on my phone is still fine, but the windows version is messed up.

Yes I tried that.  Finally resolved the issue by logging in with Facebook.  I think there is some mismatch between my facebook login and my username credentials.  Hopefully I will not get billed twice!

Have you tried logging out and logging in again?

Yes I tried that.  Finally resolved the issue by logging in with Facebook.  I think there is some mismatch between my facebook login and my username credentials.  Hopefully I will not get billed twice!
