already an acount on my emailadres (inactive account)

already an acount on my emailadres (inactive account)

I try to subscribe for a family account but somewhere my emailadress is know in the database, when i try to recover the password i get the message; no active account found. im in a loop...

how do i get my email adress removed from the database so that i can subscribe for an familyaccount? other problem is i cant upgrade my premium account because of KPN.

 

help....
