app (iOS) does not start

app (iOS) does not start

Hi all,

 

Spotify App on iPhone 7 (latest iOS) does not start anymore...

It displays the splash screen (black page with green logo) and it does not proceed.

Tried to reinstall but same result...

Cannot tell this is the reason why the app does not start: I recently reset the iPhone settings (only settings not all iPhone data) in order to get rid of encrypted backups in Itunes (lost password).

any help?

What Spotify and iOS versions are you running on your device? When you reinstalled, did you follow the exact steps listed here?

 

If so, try uninstalling > resetting your device > installing again to see if it makes a difference. You can also try to see if there are any pending firmware updates for your OS that could fix this.
