You don't need to cancel your premium account, just go to your account and change to a family plan. Spotify will charge the new price in the next bill.

Cancelei minha assinatura há 2 meses e debitaram pagamento no meu cartão de crédito com a minha assinatura cancelada. Quero saber como faço pra solicitar o estorno.
