Someone is using my spotify

Someone is using my spotify, i have tried to logg out everywhere, change passwrods and everything i can think of. but still when i listen it gets paused and it sayes that it is being used somewhere else. hwta can i do?

payment via paypal or direct to credit card

My first bill was via paypal. Month 2 i was alerted failed payment so registered on the site and paid. Paypal shows I paid there as well . Is this a bug or something. Which is the proper way to pay?
