I was charged 9.99 for a 0.99 offer

Spotify have been sending me offers about 3 months for 0.99 and when I bought it they charged me full price 9.99. Can somebody tell me how I can reach them to get refund. Thats called a scam!

My account was supposed to be canceled back in June, but it kept going and we had figured once you paid it just kept working. But I just saw its still been charging the card I put on file. Is there any way to get refunded?

Solved!!Superuser Contribution Spotify jumps to old playlist after playing any almbum's first track.

I had a playlist that I have removed. Now, Spotify jumps to this old (non-existing) playlist after playing the first song of any album I choose. So it makes it impossible to use.
