Acocunt hacked

My account have been hacked. Password and email have been changed(the email is now ). I still able to enter via Facebook login but i cannot revert the damage by myself. Playlist, albuns, musics are all deleted. Follow and followers are messed up too....

Don't know username, or email.

So I know my password, have all my banking info but I unfortunately can't remember my username or email.. Which is unfortunate because im still having the cost removed from my bank account when I can't use it.
