playlist favoritos eliminada

Hola, se me ha borrado sola mi playlist "favoritos" sin yo haberla borrado, tampoco me deja restaurarla puesto que en mi menú de configuración me pone que no se ha borrado ninguna playlist y por tanto no se puede recuperar, cosa que es mentira.
