My brother and mom have a family subscription, I live with them but can't joint the family premium because it does not recognize my address as the same as my moms even though it is.

Charged twice

I subscribed with my Facebook account and then tried to change my subscription to a student account and ever since every month I have been charged for £9.99 and then 1 week later I get charged £4.99 how can I stop this as it's very annoying?
