different connection from undefined computer

When I play my list, after 4 or 5 music, another computer connect my account and play different music on their platform. I changed my password, closed the sessions everywhere.

Multiple users on Family premium account

I just joined Family Premium, and unbelievably, I can't stream at the same time as another family member. Why isn't this restriction clearly described before you sign up??
