Superuser Contribution Family premium ..... but can't get it working for me ?

Had previously signed up on the trial. My partner subscribed to the Family Premium deal over Christmas. I have tried to set up my profile on the family from her "invitation" but Spotify reverts back to my trial profile. Help / ideas appreciated !
