I'm in a different country than my payment details.

I live in Mexico but my billing info is in the US, I just upgraded to family premium but I can't add anyone because it says the accounts must be in the same country (we all are in Mexico currently). Help please.

Can not log out of my Account on www.spotify.com/de/ in Firefox

Currently I am fighting with the Problem, that it is impossible for me to log out of my account in my Firefox webbrowser.I'm clicking on my username, click on log out and nothing happens, but a little sitereload.

Spotify has been charging me twice a month for the last god knows how long... I need a freaking phone number to call to get someone to stop charging me twice!!!!! it happens every 5th and 29th. NEED this fixed ASAP!!!!!!!
