I know how you have to renew the student discount after twelve months (which I did), but I got a $9.99 charge instead of the $4.99 one.

Cant renew premium after moving overseas.

Simple story, I have moved a month ago to Israel and I cant renew my premium account with an Israeli visa. I cant use my BOA card anymore since I canceled my bank account. How can I pay? Is there a PayPal method tho? thanks guys.

Changing from paid subscription to free subscription through Vodafone.

I am currently paying for Spotify premium, my new phone plan comes with free Spotify. They are telling me I have to unsubscribe from my current account and resubscribe to the new free account through Vodafone. Will I lose all my downloaded music?
