Why am I being Charged $10.59 a month?

I am being charged $10.59 a month, my account is marked as free, yet in my subscripitions menu, there is no way to have these charges stopped. Can someone help me, Dont wanna pay $120 a year for a service I dont want.

Succesful payment thru debit yet still not Premium
