Subcribed and payed three times but no premium

I dont know what do to solve this, i cant get premium but my card transactions still comes up as i payed three times for the three month subscription yet i still aint showing up as a premium user

Solved!! Spotify Account hacked

My account has been hacked, Some douchebag with an iPhone 4 keeps connectiong to my account, I changed my password but my session is surely cached in his device... That's stupid How the hell do I block /remove this guy?????

Subcription still free and too many charges

I have been paying for Spotify for a short time and it has been 13.99 a month. I notice that it is 9.99 now or 14.99 for family. Can I switch to the family one or at least pay the 9.99 instead?
