I cancelled my subscription for Premium and I was charged 2 days ago. I haven't used the Spotify Premium and I am sure that I cancelled Premium about 20 days ago and I had to cancel it again today. I want a refund for this? How can I get the refund?

Family plan

Every invite I send goes through, and then they are asked to login. How can they login without a password? and then immediately they are told the account is already taken. Nothing about family invites works, makes sense, or is logical.
