Charged for premium after cancelling subscription

Spotify, after canceling my subscription on December 11, I was charged for the premium services on December 12. Today, I tried to re-cancel my subscription and it let me. Please advise. I need the charge to be dropped. Thank you.

Solved!! Being charged after cancelling my premium subscription

Add NUS card to existing Prime. (again)

Ok, so I've done the search. But this keeps coming up: "You need to cancel your current subscription first." Why? The last time I did it I remember just adding the new card number.

I'm paying for a subscription but only have free acces

I'm paying for the monthly subscription. I had to reinstall the app on my phone and now when I log in its asking me to upgrade. I'm not having access to my paid subscription. I've emailed customer service and I've received no response!!!!!!
