if I buy two different offers, do they start at the same time or do they count up as supposed to?

For example if I use the 1 month trial now and the next day I am going to buy the 3 months for 0.99$. Do the 3 month trials start after the 1 month trial or do I have then actually two times premium at the same time?

Clicking 'Proceed' button clears e-card git card form!
