Latest starred tracks don't appear on my mobile devices

I'm having an issue where I can't see some of my starred tracks. If I'm using my desktop or laptop I can see them fine but if I'm trying to play them on my phone or tablet they don't seem to appear?

Says my 7 day trial ended,yet i have a 2 year subscription.

The title may be long,that it explains it all. Got a new phone with fido and they said I got a free 2 year subscription to spotify but just after a week I cant go offline anymore and it says my trial has ended. Can anyone help?
