I Cant cancel my account

im a premium customer account holder, like many others my account went from premium to free, im now trying to cancel my account to but every link ive tried (including the apple id) doesnt work. please help or could someone do it mannually?

Premium is not working after reinstall on both my apple devices

Solved!! Charged for premium even though I cancelled subscription

Hi, Today I was charged the full £9.99 for premium even though I have cancelled my subscription.I would still like to carry on with premium but since I am a student I can get the 50% off offer. Any help with getting this sorted?
