Playlist Is Greyed Out "track not available" but I have premium account

I've had spotify premium for a while now and it has always worked fine for me, but after changing my payment method it all of a sudden doesn't work for me anymore. I can't listen to any of the songs on my playlist or browse artists anymore. Help?

Solved!! All spotify starred items missing!

I logged on today all my hundreds of starred items are missing. My playlists still exists but my starred items are gone. I did not delete them this is a bug in the system.
