My Spotify is still playing adverts even though I payed for premium

I payed for spotify premium about 4 days ago. It's showing on my spotify account page as subscribed but on my player it still plays adverts! Why is this? Thanks

I've deactivated my facebook so now can't log in to spotify?!?!

it just reactivates whenever I log in. I have the premium account so there should really be a facility to log in with out it? i do not want a facebook account anymore, how do I still use spotify without reactivating facebook?! Help please!!!
