Spotify won't let me upgrade...

I am trying to upgrade from Unlimited to premium but it wont let me. It just says this is unavailable and to try again shortly. I have tried it in several browsers and get the same message.

Unknown Device

My Account is in use by an unrecognized device. Is there a way to kick certain devices but not delete my actual music? I have over 2 Gigabytes of songs, but I do not want to have to search all the songs again! Thanks!
