Solved!! Tried to sign up for 60-day free trial but was charged?

I clicked through the 60-day free trial link, created an account and entered my credit card info. But it appears that rather than getting a free trial first, I was charged for a premium account. How can I get this remedied?

Left the US, came back and still shows offline
